 Green Smoothie Bowl

Embrace the taste of summer and fill up on clean energy with this sunshine-zingy summer breakfast

Ingredients 

1 Scoop Udo's Choice Beyond Greens
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 small handful spinach leaves
8-10 mint leaves
1 banana
1 avocado
¼ pineapple, cut in chunks
200 ml filtered water
Juice of 1 lime

Garnish

Seasonal berries, coconut shards, mulberries, bee pollen, mixed nuts and seeds.

Method

  1. Place all ingredients (apart from garnish) in a blender, process until thick and creamy.
  2. Serve in individual bowls topped with seasonal berries, nuts or your favourite toppings.
