No Bake Bars

No Bake Bars Recipe

These seed-rich bars will keep you and your family going between meals. With no added refined sugar, these are great snacks for your little brainiacs to munch on as they study.

Ingredients 

2 and a half cups Dried Currants (oil free!)
2 cups Pecans
1 cup Pumpkin Seeds
1/2 cup seed mix (Sesame/Sunflower/Flax)
1/2 cup Udo's Choice Beyond Greens
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
1 tbsb Poppy Seeds
1 tbsp Coconut Flakes

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend - don't over process as you want to keep the ingredients chunky! 

  2. Transfer to a baking tray and press down firmly to create an even base. 

  3. Cover with foil and leave to set in the fridge for at least 2 hours. 

  4. Slice into squares to serve.
