Raw Protein Balls

Ingredients

100g almonds, soaked overnight
100g Brazil nuts, soaked overnight
2 tbsp Udo's Choice Beyond Greens
30g protein powder
175g pitted dates
50g figs
1 tablespoons of cacao powder

Topping:
100g desiccated coconut

Method

  1. Add the almonds, Brazils, Beyond Greens and protein powder to a food processor and blend. 
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend for a further minute until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Use your hands to roll the mixture into little balls, and roll each ball in desiccated coconut. 
  4. Store in the fridge.

Makes about 20 small balls
