Pat Divilly's Summertime Smoothie 

Ingredients

500ml coconut or almond milk
2 frozen bananas
1/2 cup of blueberries
8-10 strawberries

Tablespoon of honey

3 tablespoons of Udo's Choice Oil

Method

1. This is ideal after training when you are looking to replenish glycogen stores. You can add 2-3 scoops of whey, rice or hemp-based protein if you like

2. Simply put all the ingredients into a blender and blend to a smooth consistency!

Serves 3

This is ideal as a post-workout treat!
