Wake Up Smoothie

Ingredients

150-250g of fresh blueberries or raspberries or blackberries (can be frozen)
Small handful of green leaves: kale, spinach, chard, nettles, dandelion, broccoli, etc
1 banana or apple: chopped
1 fresh orange or 200ml orange juice
2-3 tablespoon natural yoghurt or soya yoghurt (optional)
4 - 6 dsp of Udo’s Oil
1 dsp of mixed pumpkin and flax seeds: grind in a coffee grinder
1 stalk of celery or 1 carrot or 1 beetroot
½ dsp of apple concentrate or raw agave to sweeten, if needed

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth.
  2. If mostly blending vegetables you could leave out the yoghurt
