INGREDIENTS

Selection of raw vegetables

 

 

DIP

2 tbsp cream cheese

3tbsp full fat yoghurt or sour cream

1 – 2 tsp Udo’s Choice Oil

½  tsp Manuka Health MGO+ Manuka honey

 

 

-Cut vegetables into child-appropriate bite-sized pieces and put into a sealed tub.

-Gently mix together the dip ingredients.

-Spoon the dip into a small tub.

-At lunch / snack time scoop out the dip with the cut vegetables.
