Power Green Coconut, Banana and Pistachio Ice Cream

 Green Ice Cream

Embrace the taste of summer and fill up on clean energy with nutritent rich, amazing tasting ice cream

400 ml coconut milk (1 can – place in fridge overnight)
1 banana, frozen
1 avocado
½ scoop Udo's Choice Beyond Greens
Pinch of cardamom
Pinch of sea salt
2 tablespoons pistachio nuts
1 tablespoon MGO Manuka Honey (optional)


  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor/blender and blitz until thick and creamy.
  2. Transfer to plastic container and place in freezer for 1-2 hours to firm up if the texture is still soft.
  3. Serve with any of the following toppings: seasonal berries, bee pollen, chocolate chips, fruit puree etc.
