Beyond Green Protein Bars


8 Scoops of Lamberts Choc protein
220g Porridge oats
75g Sunflower seeds
100g Udo's Choice Beyond Greens
150g Raisins
75g Cashew nuts (chopped)
4 tbsp Almond butter
1 tbsp honey
300-350ml milk


  1. Mix all of the ingredients together
  2. Place in a baking tray and leave to set in the fridge for 3 hours
