Overnight oats

A convenient but tasty grab-and-go breakfast! Our apple and raspberry overnight oats will give you the energy and nutrition you need to get through the morning, and they taste delicious!



60g rolled oats
1 large apple, grated
1 tbsp maple syrup
1tbsp Udo’s Choice Ultimate Oil Blend
1 handful raspberries
100g sesame seeds
100g pecans, chopped
2tsp lemon juice
100g dairy-free yoghurt
200ml almond milk


  1. Place all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well and leave to soak for 15 minutes or overnight.

  2. Add the optional extra ingredients either before or after soaking.

  3. To make it really easy in the morning, store the soaked oats in clean glass jars or Tupperware boxes so you really can just grab-and-go in the morning!
