Pea Hummus

Pea hummus

Enjoy this healthy twist on a classic dish and mix up your usual meals!


300g fresh or frozen peas
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup of Udo's Oil
¼ cup hemp seeds
Lemon juice and zest from one lemon
1 tbsp chopped mint
Pinch salt and pepper to season


First of all if using fresh peas blanch in simmering hot water for three mins then place in iced water. If using frozen thaw thoroughly before use.

  1. Blend peas with all other ingredients, except the oil, until smooth.

  2. Stream in the oil and season with salt and pepper.

  3. Serve on toast with roasted tomatoes
