Seaweed Salad

Iceberg Lettuce
½ Raddicio
1 Cucumber
1 Onion
25 gr. Arame Sea Vegetable


2 tbs. Soya sauce
2 tbs. Udo’s Oil
2 tbs. Cider vinegar


  1. Soak Arame Sea Vegetable in warm water for 30 minutes. 
  2. Drain. Slice the onion into very fine rings. 
  3. Slice cucumber very thinly and shred the lettuce. 
  4. Put all ingredients into a bowl, spoon over the dressing.
  5. Toss and serve at once on a bed of lettuce.
