Triple berry smoothie

Ingredients:

1 banana

130g frozen strawberries

130g frozen blackberries

130g frozen raspberries

300ml almond milk

120ml Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons Udo’s Oil

Method:

Blend all ingredients in a blender and blitz. Serves 2.
